Participant takes photos of the main forum of the 2024 World Robot Conference

The main forum of the 2024 World Robot Conference (WRC) was recently held in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town).

The forum, themed "industrial development", launched the Action Plan for Building a World-Class Intelligent Robotics Industry New City in Beijing E-Town (2024-2026), which proposed that the Beijing E-Town establishes a leading domestic and world-class smart robotics industry demonstration new city in two phrases.

More than 1,000 experts, scholars and representatives of international organizations, key enterprises along the industrial chain, universities, research institutes and financial institutions participated in the forum. Over 320,000 viewers watched it via online live-streaming.

Participants in the forum focused on future trends and development opportunities of the global robotics industry, consolidating global consensus on accelerating the development of new productive forces through innovation in the robotics industry.
